Private sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to a $25 missed appointment fee or may result in the forfeiture of that session, depending on the service purchased. Meet You At The Mat reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients are responsible for providing a clean, safe, and reasonably hazard-free space for instruction. The practice area should have sufficient room for movement and be free of obstacles that may increase the risk of injury.

Meet You At The Mat reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if the environment is determined to be unsafe.

Yoga is a form of physical activity that includes movement, stretching, breathing exercises, balance, meditation, and relaxation techniques.

Participation in yoga carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, aggravation of existing conditions, serious injury, permanent disability, or other physical harm. These risks cannot be completely eliminated. You are solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your physical condition. You should consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, have a medical condition, or have concerns about your ability to participate safely. If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort during a session, you should immediately stop participating and notify your instructor. Yoga instruction provided by Meet You At The Mat is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meet You At The Mat, its owner, instructors, contractors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, or expense arising from participation in yoga classes, private instruction, workshops, virtual sessions, or any related services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
